Sometimes we want to convert the time from one time zone to another. The easiest way is to get the GMT time and then calculate the appropriate time in the specified time zone.
Example:
EST____________GMT
12:00AM_______5:00AM
9:30PM________2:30AM
3:00AM________8:00AM
11:00 PM_______4:00AM
= A2+5/25
